Ability to create a contract of employment for a candidate matching the job role information with the information from the candidate portal. With an option to e-sign the document before converting to an employee.

The ability to warn and / or restrict individuals from submitting expenses that are a certain age i.e. over 3 months old.

Allow schools a different category so pricing can be different, e.g Nursery Children pay less for meals.

The ability for an employee to create their objectives, for a line manager to then review and agree. Compared to the existing process where an objetive is created and assigned to the employee.

In a secondary setting, the ability for students to pre-order their meals either via an app or a screen. Similar experience to McDonalds / Starbucks. This will then reduce the queues at the canteen tills.

Please develop reporting functionality for expenses. Currently the information you can export is far too limited. We cannot see each line of the claim or information on any custom fields we have added to our expense claims. This has meant we canno...
