When an absence is importing from Arbor, it automatically is applied to all job roles of that employee. Would like to see an option to choose which job roles are effected.

At the moment, staff can book both general leave and holiday on the same day!

"Leaving Date" should be included in the Current Students Batch method since this field is commonly used by schools to plan for current students that are leaving soon (i.e. already have a leaving date).
