It would be extremely useful to be able to see all contacts and where they are used in iSAMS, primarily to know if there are duplicate contacts and identify which pupil they are attached to or bill.

An attachment could be use to supplement an email body's content like include further instructions. Having to attach an identical file each time a particular e-mail template is used limits e-mail template usability and appeal.

We need to be able to add information about applicants’ previous school and passport details to their profiles.
