The ability to set a parameter for when these tasks are triggered e.g. only require a self certification if they have been off sick for 3 days only require a return to work form if they have been off sick for 5 days

Currently absence triggers show duplications for same person every time they are absent, rather than rolling the data to the latest absence trigger.

Are there any plans to add Gender Neutral to the system. We have quite a few students who prefer not to be noted as Male or Female

Be able to produce a monthly report showing who is eligible for half/nil pay due to sickness absence, based on their length of service, their sick pay entitlement and their absences over a 12 month rolling period

Allow any changes made in Every HR, from absences, contract changes and address changes, to be synced back into Arbor. Any changes to Arbor to be reflected in Every HR after the initial sync.
