For each check the same person can click that a check is 'required' and enters the details. If it is not checked the red/green indicator will stay green. This is prone to errors / potentially to abuse - showing the SCR as up to date when there are...

Each overseas check (criminal records, professional letters and additional overseas checks) include a 'employee has worked overseas' checkbox. It would be helpful to have this separate and all to default to 'not required' if it is not checked.

Currently, if nobody has a check it does not appear as a column on the report. We need all checks to be in the report, so that it shows we have considered whether each check is needed.

The current report is really long and complex and difficult to check. It would help to have a summary report option which includes only Employee Name, Job Title, Employment Start Date plus 3 columns per check: Required Date check completed Checked by

Currently there is no way for customers to delete performance reviews or performance records. This results in tickets having to be logged every time something is allocated in error

The ability to distribute Objectives across performance records would be a great tool. Especially for Department Heads or CEOs that would like to subject SLT to the same consistent Objectives. Currently this has to be done per Performance Record

it would be useful for expired courses i.e. KCSIE 2024 could be deleted from the central course library, regardless of staff completing the course.

I would be useful that when staff leave and are archived that they can be automatically removed from the user groups they were allocated to.

Within Student Manager we have to complete the progression information for destination type at the end of Y11 and Y13. It would be very useful if we could do this in bulk for current students, so those to continued into Y12.
