Reports printing - removing PDFs released to portal

It would be very helpful if the PDFs released to portal were displayed alphabetically when clicking on the numeral under FILES. To find the PDFs the user wants to remove is presently very tedious.

Add characteristics to gradebooks

I want to add more characteristics columns to gradebooks, such as FSM, PP etc. These are available and assigned to students in Pupil Manager (see first pic in attachment) but I need them to appear in Gradebooks (see second pic)
