Day and period structure can change year to year. Importing a new timetable for the next academic year is not possible without the correct day structure and it makes publishing the new timetable to staff more difficult before the end of the summer...

Rota cover does not currently appear in the Master Timetable spreadsheet exported in the Timetable Manager. So these need to be added manually to provide a true picture of staff availability and frees.

If a parent has not registered with Parentmail they do not receive a FORM electronically - system produces a paper copy. Is there any way to be emailed the form with a message saying e.g. "to complete form, please register for an account".

Timetablers really need an Options Module, where choices can be made through the Pupil portal. Classes created could then be fed through to Teaching Manager.

Exam regulations require all information to be identified by Candidate Numbers. Please set the default order for everything in Exams Manager to be Candidate Number; this is particularly important in the seating part of this module.
