iCAL Format for Timetables (exporting all in one zip file)

Currently it is only possible to export to zip file 100 student timetables at a time, it would be more helpful to be able to select 'page size all' and to be able to export all student timetables in iCAL format into one zip file.

Access Arrangements to be consistent with External Exams Access Arrangements
