It would be useful to have the ability to create workflows off of data from the Discipline Manage. eg Detentions - When a student gets two detentions in a week, an indicator is created

Currently every user has to manually input the report server / report template / smtp settings. When granting a user access to the emailing suite, could admin have the option to 'copy settings from' another user?

At present, the only way to view whether a reward/sanction has been resolved is via edit (or using the report). It would be useful to be able to filter for resolved/unresolved, and/or an extra column could be added for this in Manage Records.
