Email notification when a parent completes "Request a Callback"

We should be notified when a parent completes the "Request a Callback" form rather than having to check iSAMS several times a day to see if anyone has used the function.

Order the forms on a page

When adding additional forms the order changes but we are unable to modify this so our most used forms appear first. It would be helpful if we were able to amend the form order.

Be able to view reports and bill on Cloud Parent Portal
