When a parent has used the admissions portal to apply and accept a place it would be good for them to then automatically be able to access the parent portal via the same login details. It just looks a bit dis-jointed that they then have to sign up...

Communication EMail Categories for parents portal

We wanted to inquire about the possibility of changing the email communication categories in parents portal modul from the current school division format to (forms). See attached file.

Change the default email template that is sent out when a user locks their account.

Allows for the addition of additional information that could be useful for the user and relieve some pressure from support.

Registration Portal - Rejected form option to approve from bulk actions option. If you mistakenly reject a form you can't approve it from the rejected list (only delete it).

A wider range of contact fields for parents to update in the Parent Portal

There is currently the option for Parents to update their email address, fax and telephone numbers. Could this be extended to include Work Address (address, email and number) and Home Address?

SMS History on the Parent Portal would be better if viewed most recent first

We have enabled the Communication History feature on the Parent Portal> My Account menu and notice that the SMS page is sorted from oldest to newest. Can this be sorted from newest to oldest as on the Email History page?
