Parents used to be able to see attendance for (periods) in our secondary school. and am/PM for the Primary school. Now there nothing appearing for parents of secondary school

Order the "latest documents" on parent portal by date added with newest at top, not alphabetically

Parents have asked why some details are no longer visible (like the House, the form/tutor group name, year group, pupils email address, key school contacts) since transferring to the cloud-based parent portal. Will this be reinstated?

Currently absence triggers show duplications for same person every time they are absent, rather than rolling the data to the latest absence trigger.

Enable the modification of the My Child/Children widget to include links to other areas of the portal that the school may wish to use as well as/instead of timetable and attendance.

Please can you put the password credentials either on the invitation email that you send out or make it visible when parents are entering their credentials as the amount of parents we have taken calls from is ridiculous and it is all to do with th...

This request is from one of our parents. Can they please have the option to download the timetable in a week on a page view in PDF - to stick on the fridge and other useful uses. The PDF download is a page per day which isnt particularly useful.

Be able to produce a monthly report showing who is eligible for half/nil pay due to sickness absence, based on their length of service, their sick pay entitlement and their absences over a 12 month rolling period

Adding this option will save cost on printing letters to parents, which is ideal currently to have a paperless transaction, communication or notification apart from traditional email.

Allow staff to view their own personal details (but no other staff members) so they can update them if their details change including sos contact etc
