Currently schools cannot do partial refunds and are ONLY able to refund against transaction lines - feedback has been that this is a relatively rigid model, especially with partial refunds not being available.

Can we request a feature where when we add a document via news manager, it gives us an option to upload the document to our document tree please (and an option to show which older it should be saved in).
News item created with automatic authorisation is published without the need for approval.
The news item created with automatic authorisation means no email would be sent and is shown authorised immediately. The user would need to un-check this box to send out the emails, there, unfortunately, isn't a feature to disable this by default....
