Split permissions for deleting events vs removing people from an event
In the visits tab when assigning/removing events for pupils it would be nice if we could restrict users from accidentally deleting the entire event, but still be able to add/remove people from said event.
Default an optional present code to a majority (removing the placement text basically). Easier for teachers to record a minority, for example: the majority are school dinners (default code) with the option to change it to packed lunch.

It would help academic staff if the DOB on gradebooks included the current pupil age. This would save them from having to check back elsewhere for the current age.
Hi when people view the status of registration everyday, it's more convenient to see it in the order of grade/form, not family name. Because people are more familiar with student grade/form, not their family name. Now it looks a little messy.
