when syncing grade books with reports manager a 3rd option is needed in dropdown complete &incomplete and don't change status>

flood filling all reports as then either complete or incomplete is dangerous as just because you need to sync grade books with reports manager you do not necessarily want to change all the staus of the reports being written.

Gradebooks to Pull into Pupil Profile

Gradebooks do not show in Pupil Profile although the gradebook is pulled through to Assessment System and Assessment cycles do pull into Pupil Profile - this is a real downside to using gradebooks as it is esential to have this data in the profile

It would be helpful to allow assignment of teachers to bulk numbers of gradebooks.

I have had to assign a new head of department head who I have had to add to 100 gradebooks manually. Bulk adding would save time.

Gradebooks comments visible to students

Gradebooks comments visible to students. Our teachers would like to use comments in Gradebooks to comment on student work. Currently comments are only visible to teachers when viewing the Gradebooks.

Add "Published" icons to columns in List View

Add "Published" icons to columns in List View so teachers can see at a glance which columns have been published to the Student or Parent Portals.

Available tags should be alphabet sorted and reduced when the a year in school structure is selected

When you click on a department tag or a year tag the list of available tags for subjects and sets is not reduced. The tags are not sorted alphabetically. Would it be improved by limited the available tags of subjects and sets tags to the related y...

Back to Manage Gradebook button return to the previous page rather than the first page

When I am in a gradebook, I click Manage Gradebook button to go back, it return me to the first page with default 20 items rather than the previous page with the specific number of items that I have set before. It makes the process much slower tha...
