It would be really helpful to have same functionality as in Student Manager (Bulk AND Batch edit). Batch Edit would help massively in the HR Manager Module as updating staff information takes really long time even with the Bulk edit functionality ...
Create one form to use across multiple sites instead of creating one for each site.
When creating a form that will be used across more than one school, Prince Regent Street Trust would find it really useful to be able to share that form with other sites instead of having to create multiple forms for each school.
The ability to send texts to external phone numbers has been removed.
As a school, we used to be able to send text messages to external bodies using their mobile phone number, without them being on our system. Eg. we have prospective parents who want to visit the school, we do block bookings and send a reminder text...
As a school we use forms all the time, however we cannot schedule them and parents complain that they missed out on opportunities because it was during their work hours (which is also our work hours) - scheduling forms would help this issue!!
On the previous version, we could print letters for parents not on email (we have a small number of parents with no email/access to smart phones) This has gone from the new system - please bring it back. All we can do now is print the letter then ...
