Two way data sync with Arbor

Allow any changes made in Every HR, from absences, contract changes and address changes, to be synced back into Arbor. Any changes to Arbor to be reflected in Every HR after the initial sync.

Dont send email reminders at 3am

Email reminders regarding outstanding training are sent at 3am. I have asked if this can be changed as this is not ideal. I have been told that this is not something that can be changed and to submit a feature request. Please can this be amended.

Social Media Check built into default SCR checks

Most schools have a required social media check as part of the SCR. It would be good if this was built in to the system as a default check rather than having to be built in manually by every school using the 'Other checks' feature.

Notifications when a post is approved

It would be helpful to have a notification when a post or vacancy has been approved. The process for approval is useful for our CFO so he knows what to expect budget wise, but once it has been approved it relies on the administrator to check.

Preferred name must take precedent when displayed outside of the Employee Record

It was raised to me that people may have a preferred name for quite sensitive reasons, for example someone who is none binary might feel their name reflects to heavily on their gender assigned at birth so identifies with a more gender neutral name...

Moving employees from one property to another

The option to copy an employee who has moved to another property within the Trust. I understand old records need to remain for Workforce census, but moving them or copying them would be helpful.
