In a previous version of ParentMail I was able to download a list of names that a mail had gone to and export to to send to a third party

I have leavers from 2018 who are deleted from users list but still showing up on 'Balance Adjustment Tool' as 'deleted from system'. The Chat Expert said they will come off soon but i have people on that list from 2018.

Currently names with an accent are not synchronised correctly, and random characters are added to a students name making the actual student's name corrupt and unsearchable in ParentMail.

Unfortunately, there is currently no way to order subjects in Teaching Manager, but this would be a really useful feature. Our teacher's like their reports to be sent in a specific subject order, but currently we cannot alter this.

Before ParentMail was updated in April there was always an option on registers to select "Repeat Selection" when booking sessions. This has been discontinued much to the annoyance of parents who like to block book their wraparound care sessions. C...

Currently when a form is sent the parents are sent an email which begins: Dear (surname). This looks quite unprofessional and we would like to either change it to include the salutation first or change it to parent/carer.

Allow for character limit advice and suggestions within the general comment section of the report template. There's a way of limiting the length of other report comments, so its an anomaly that you cannot do this here.
