It would be beneficial to have the opening and closing bank balances whilst reconciling the bank account rather than just a 0.00 balance.

It would be helpful if GRNs or part of could be written off or cancelled and revert back to PORD in order for it to be written off. We are still learning the system and a few items have been progressed in error which need to be cancelled.

The ability to add exact times (e. g. 1pm-4pm) when adding a timetable suspension for a year group in Cover Manager would be really useful, for example when all students in a year are on a trip in the afternoon but are present in the morning.

I need the ability to enter a member of staff absent for the same period for a number of weeks rahter than having to enter the absence infividually. Ie Monday p3 for 6 weeks.

When creating staff meetings, it would be good if it reflects on the cover manager.

It would be useful if when you added a member of staff as unavailable they system checked if they were already allocated to cover and alerted or removed the cover.

in V6, you could restrict access to users being ble to move documents from reg to books. theres no way currently to restrict the Move button on REG documents (under Documents - Register Documents)

The description field is not long enough - even if you press F8 for more detail to be added, this is applied to the whole document, not individual lines, and for sales invoices cannot be seen by the customer

Currently every user has to manually input the report server / report template / smtp settings. When granting a user access to the emailing suite, could admin have the option to 'copy settings from' another user?
