Room Cover to include meetings scheduled to the room
Currently Room Cover Timetable in Cover Manager does not include meetings scheduled to the room being closed. It would be useful to see meetings booked into the room and then to enable rescheduling the meeting elsewhere.

Suspending a timetable also marks rooms as free for room changes
When a timetable is suspended e.g. Y11 go on leave on exams, it marks the room allocated to their lessons as avaliable so that these show up when allocating room changes.

With the existing add cover rota UI, to add multiple teacher for a timetable week and timetable period combination, we hold down Ctrl to multi select. This however makes it far too easily to deselect selection
