Auto-top up for dinner accounts

Parents are keen to have an auto-top up facility on their children's dinner accounts (a facility currently offered by sQuid).

Folder Structure in Reports Manager

It would be great if there could be a folder structure in the Cycle Manager area, Currently they are grouped by academic year but it would be good if we were able to define additional structure eg terms, half terms, divisions etc.

My request was for your ICT team to maybe look into adding a button on the viewing orders screen that can send a reminder on an adhoc basis just to selected pupils.

Currently have to compose emails to parents, but it would be much more efficient to be able to send a reminder out from the system when required by the press of a button. customer is aware that items can be initially set up with payment reminders ...

Synchronise Ed:gen timetable with Office 365 Calendar

Custom names for"free periods"

It would be good to have students blank spaces on timetables be automatically called "Study Period" or something else. Framing these non-taught periods as study periods would certainly help set the right tone.

Missing reports by department or by form

Also, would it be possible to create a report - accessible to all staffin the report printing module - that would allow you to find missingreports by department or by form. This would have to include reports(or grades) not yer started.

Division filter in Reports Manager

Make a division filter, so staff could only see Report & Assessment Cycles relevant to their division. This should also work in the Reports and Assessment Wizards.
