Human Resource Roles update

We suggested to make an update for th, e Staff Roles in HR Manager. At the moment we can just create or delete a Staff Role but we can't rename/update one create before.

Add Job Title to Wizard Bar > Human Resources Manager > Quick View Details

As the vast majority of staff do not have access into the HR Manager module, it would be really useful to have the Job Title / Role field added to this as the Department is in there.

Allow staff to update their own contact information and emergency contacts

This will reduce the need for our administration team to compile all of their existing information and ask for people to update them. Instead, they can just send our a reminder periodically with instructions on how to do this.

Remove 'Account Required' when using Nominals that have no Ledger link, therefore there is no Account available to select
