Add 'Preferred Name' for parents for better school-family communication experience; Make parents' Preferred Name shown on student's Contacts page for easy checking.

When coming up to a detention can a reminder email be sent to the teacher (maybe also the pupil). E.G. Detention is at 4pm, email is sent at 3pm to teacher (maybe also pupil) about the detention.

Currently the communications sent to parents via iSams appear as a long list. It would be good if there was a search function for parents so they could locate emails they've received quickly.
