Limit and restrict access to employee records at a more granular level.

We would like to use Cover Manager but we require a function, that is the ability to put more teachers down to one lesson a create a priority of who could cover right away and in they are absent who is the next one to be put in.

The box would be better as a rectangular (like Medical Notes) as easier to read than the small square it currently is.

This feature is being added for students however it would be useful for staff to also have a preferred surname field, as some staff are not legally married but in partnerships and wish to express this.

Unlike Future Absences, OOS feature does not load a calendar to select multiple dates for OOS absences.

Please could all Census relevant fields be included in Export Wizard? For example, there is no way to check that the Census Staff Role is complete for all staff without checking them one by one.

You can only add an OOS for a group of students with the same registration code. We would like the flexibility to be able to select a group of pupils and assign them different registration codes as required in one go.

You can already sort by 'Form' and 'Year'. Pls can you add ability to sort by 'start' time or 'reason' and also 'end' time. Would be really helpful if you have a long list of pupils going out on a particular day for a variety of reasons and differ...

I need the ability to enter a member of staff absent for the same period for a number of weeks rahter than having to enter the absence infividually. Ie Monday p3 for 6 weeks.

Ability to set the 'visible to employee' setting within a performance review on bulk/centrally. currently this is just actioned on an individual basis within all reviews or just by the reviewer. An option to have the 'visible to employee' tick box...
