We have several custom fields like name pronunciation (phonetic spelling) or preferred pronoun. Instead of forcing staff to go into student manager to find these identity preferences, we would like to have the ability to show certain custom fields...

Useful especially as I understand that all school registration codes have to be brought in-line with Government Codes. Hiding / archiving them would avoid errors.

We are unable to edit attendance data once a pupil has been marked as a leaver. It would be nice if this was possible without making them current again and adding them back into their form

It would be very useful if the registration alerts included the room a pupil is 'missing' from in the body of the notification email. Subject and teacher would be useful too.

At the moment you can set a default VAT code but that applies to every order you place. On Financials you are able to set a default VAT code on a per nominal basis. It would be good if these defaults could carry over to PS Purchasing too.

Can we only allow admin or certain people to delete out of school records please? Often, someone overwritten or delete the current out of school records and leave the pupil not registered for the whole range of time, which is a disaster for regist...

We want to know when an event was deleted from the Out of School Manager and the ability to restrict who can delete these events. Currently there is no audit trail for the Out of school list.
