Create joint contacts via the API

A popular request from our clients is the ability to create joint contacts in ISAMS instead of separate ones. This is currently not possible via the API. We can only create contacts individually.

Add Young Carer Indicator field to Admissions Forms

The Young Carer Indicator is statutory data for state schools to collect and submit with their census. Making this collectable via admission forms would be very helpful.

Create Alerts in Admissions

It would be useful to be able to create an alert as soon as parent fills an open event form to alert admissions 2-3 days after to schedule a telephone call. At the moment, it relies on diarizing manually or exporting data regularly.

Batch and Group Edit the Notes Field

We often want to add in the notes that we have sent an invite or email to a group of prospective children and are currently unable to do this unless we go into each applicant individually and we are looking at numbers of around 150-200 applicants.

Is it possible to have the parents fields more flexible to accommodate same sex families.

We have several prospectus puils who have same sex parents. When adding the contact the second parent is automatically called a mother. Could parents be referred to as Parent 1 and Parent 2 rather than mother and father to allow for same sex, and ...

Allow on-screen viewing of uploaded pupil documents without downloading them. This would keep sensitive documents secure within iSAMS and not lying around on users PC's

Introduce the possibility to pseudonymise admissions records that have been withdrawn/rejected x months ago

We would look to anonymise admissions data for pupils who chose not to join us some time ago, so that we can retain the generic statistical information for future analysis whilst being GDPR compliant.
