The ability for a member of staff to cancel their own holiday request when it is still pending within the self service portal.

It would be helpful to have a notification when a post or vacancy has been approved. The process for approval is useful for our CFO so he knows what to expect budget wise, but once it has been approved it relies on the administrator to check.

It would save time every day if the staff listing under the free tab in the cover module was listed alphabetically.

Teachers show as available on cover manager although they have a meeting. There are regular meetings that teachers have with other teachers or parents, yet, they are placed for cover because the meetings do not show as a lesson. Please fix this.

On the old calendar view on the Parent Portal you had the option to view a whole day, a whole week, a whole month, or a whole term. It would be great if those views were also available on the new cloud portal.

Currently if yu cancel a cover, there is no email, so colleagues still think they have a cover to do, or there is confusion. If a cover is cancelled after publication, could an email be triggered?
