Parents have asked why some details are no longer visible (like the House, the form/tutor group name, year group, pupils email address, key school contacts) since transferring to the cloud-based parent portal. Will this be reinstated?

It's not easy to know you have to login via the burger menu. Please could we have a button in the middle of the screen?

On the old calendar view on the Parent Portal you had the option to view a whole day, a whole week, a whole month, or a whole term. It would be great if those views were also available on the new cloud portal.

At the moment you can set a default VAT code but that applies to every order you place. On Financials you are able to set a default VAT code on a per nominal basis. It would be good if these defaults could carry over to PS Purchasing too.

The house information cannot be shown in the parent portal or the cloud portal which is supposed to replace iParent app. This information is needed for parents so that they can buy clothes according to houses before the start of the school.

Attendance records currently display full teacher names in the Parent Portal. Please can this be changed to display as letter salutation format.

sometimes parents send us emails without mentioning their child's names or their names. It would be great to have an option to search them by their emails.

We don't want Parents to see the Reason/Descriptions for Detentions and for rewards and conducts on the Parent Portal. It would be useful to have an option to turn this off. Particularly if an event involves another student and their name is on th...
