Instead of having an empty dashboard page for guests could you allow redirect to login page instead? This to prevent an empty dashboard page that doesn't add value to the experience.

Having the blue ISAMS banner displayed on the dashboard of the new Cloud Parent Portal for logged in users does not actually have any benefit for users and takes up screen space. It would be helpful if this banner could be hidden for logged in users.

Currently names with an accent are not synchronised correctly, and random characters are added to a students name making the actual student's name corrupt and unsearchable in ParentMail.
