Parents have asked why some details are no longer visible (like the House, the form/tutor group name, year group, pupils email address, key school contacts) since transferring to the cloud-based parent portal. Will this be reinstated?
We have just migrated from SIMS to iSAMS and would be great to be able to upload documents in the doucment and files section or even in the reports section. At the moment it can only be done by each student individually.
Biostore registration currently does not writeback into Arbor (as it used to do with SIMS). This makes the registration module of limited use as data then has to manually transferred into the MIS which is a massively time consuming task.
The house information cannot be shown in the parent portal or the cloud portal which is supposed to replace iParent app. This information is needed for parents so that they can buy clothes according to houses before the start of the school.

Parent Portal had Pupils photo available. We consider Cloud Portal should have at least the same features available as Parent Portal. It is very useful to have it available for Safeguarding purposes. When Parents are collecting students.
