I would like to give some users the ability to create their own reports in Designer but not also to have the rights of an administrator, so not able to edit/delete someone else's report or change any other system settings. Or add/delete users etc.

It would be very useful to have the option to refund unused dinner money or any other register payments online instead of having to issue cheques, cash or Bacs.

Please could we have the SEN need types added to Central as well as the overall level/provision? Our SENCOs really need to report on this additional level of detail. I'm referring to the Requirements table in the Requirements section of each pupil...

Many of our pupils have more than one bursary or scholarship type and as these are input via percentages, it would be useful to disable negative balances in the fees total to prevent any errors being made by over crediting.

We have occasions where we retain a deposit rather than return it but there is no way of recording this in Fee Billing. It would be good to have a tick box to say "Retained" so that it can't subsequently be returned in error and it isn't included ...
