We can have different categories for allocating Merits (Attendance, behavior, uniform, etc) which help with analyzing merits issued. It would be useful if we can have this functionality in when entering pupils in detention.

Allow schools a different category so pricing can be different, e.g Nursery Children pay less for meals.

To change from pure detention to more intervention with strategies employed that could be analysed for effectiveness. The rewards and conduct manager could feed into this and create the alert to action. Once this has been actioned and a resolution...

Being able to schedule send messages would be beneficial rather than having to wait for the actual time/day.

Following query from sales, requesting integration with Salto door system- Our current offering isn't reliable . and requires extensive review. Is there an easier way we can have more integrations with more access providers.

Can we please have an Audit Log for Discipline Manager. There is no way of telling who removed a pupil from a detention. A log of all activity would be a great help.

If a teacher has added a pupil to a detention, they would like email notification that the pupil has/hasn't attended.
