We used to be able to be able to forward emails to different recipients with the old Parentmail system, however I understand we cannot do this with the new Parentmail. It would be useful if this function could be added on.

The old system used to show the exact date and time that the e-mail was read. This is very useful when parents say they haven't received a message.

We are overwhelmed by emails generally so to now have every absence reported sent to all the admin team and the head individually is really annoying. We would like to have the option to turn this feature off.

Rewards and Conduct notifications are quite useful for many school life things, not only for Merits or Demerits. It would be very useful to be able to edit the text in the push notifications, and asign different templates to different Module Types...

Once a student reaches a defined threshold of Behaviour / Achievement points we would like it to trigger an email notification to a defined email address to instigate the appropriate reward / conduct or to trigger a conversation with the student.

When teachers are getting notifications, they are not sure what group the student belongs to. They need to go and look that up in order to follow up with them. It is time consuming and would be helpful!

In the new ParentMail you cannot have your school logo in the header. This was great in the old version and is disappointing it has been removed.
