For data analysis to be meaningful in Scotland, the QA (SQA) results are required in the dataset. All exam boards should be available really.

I would like to give some users the ability to create their own reports in Designer but not also to have the rights of an administrator, so not able to edit/delete someone else's report or change any other system settings. Or add/delete users etc.

For example, our LS students' IEPs (individual education plans) are stored on Sharepoint and regularly updated. I would like to be able to link to these (rather than staff having to copy and paste the link address).
