It may be worth reviewing a colleague’s absence record, as time off for antenatal appointments has been recorded as General Absence – Pregnancy Related Absence, which appears to have reduced her overall attendance percentage. Allow schools to be able to edit or add merge tags, e.g. changing Pupil Name to just apply their first name so that it reads correctly in messages to parents.
