Wellbeing Concern Category - Hide but not delete

The option to hide a concern category that will still pull through to a report, but will no longer be used in the system against current students. At the moment the only option is to delete which then stops the report pulling the information through.

Please set up notifications/emails for actions that have been complete on wellbeing manager

This will save a lot of time for DSLs who have several concerns to manage and have to open them individually most days to check for an action update.
