We currently have surname filter. More filters would be welcomed. e.g. filter non-teaching staff, filter staff by division.

It would be really useful if this section had the autosave function the same as when amending registration marks - so many times I have completed the reason for change, gone to next year group and forgot to press save!

Current school and previous school are not searchable data fields in Query Builder. It would be useful to be able to search using these fields (for example when tidying up duplicate schools, or finding a group of students).
