Extremely useful when ensuring FSM families have booked their meals and if not - I am then able to easily locate them and book for them, rather than having to go through the whole school list to find each FSM pupil

Why isn't there an easy way to run a report on who "hasn't" done certain training? Out of our 300 odd staff I want to know if anyone hasnt done Prevent training - how can I do that?

To show what courses are mandatory, who is outstanding for completion, what courses are due to expire etc - a clear overview of training in the same way that we can quickly see school complaince with documents.

A better way for employees to request training from a list of available courses either online or offline for this to go through an approval process, with an approval process to be signed off once the course has been completed.
