Ability to change the layout and font alignment on seating plan report to make it easily readable for invigilators from their standing position in the exam hall.

e.g. We have a supply teacher from and agency called 'Gillian Sabino' who has an email address 'smh.supply1@ldst.org.uk' - ideally when I publish cover, she would receive, vai email, the cover lessons relevant to her. Thanks Nigel

We cannot currently do a room swap because presently a closed room cannot be re-roomed into. If closed rooms went into the scheduled list, for example, this would be possible.
