We used to be able to be able to forward emails to different recipients with the old Parentmail system, however I understand we cannot do this with the new Parentmail. It would be useful if this function could be added on.

The old system used to show the exact date and time that the e-mail was read. This is very useful when parents say they haven't received a message.

When items are flagged in a checklist - they should automatically be raised as an issue. The only way I would know if a school has issues within the checklists is if I physically open and scroll through - not a great use of my time.

We set our own descriptions on our MAT, if I were to change a description at MAT level. It doesn't take effect at school level even though they are mapped. This then means you have to go into each property and change each description seperately.

We are overwhelmed by emails generally so to now have every absence reported sent to all the admin team and the head individually is really annoying. We would like to have the option to turn this feature off.

In the new ParentMail you cannot have your school logo in the header. This was great in the old version and is disappointing it has been removed.

We need the ability to delete emails once they have been sent, if there is an error in them, the function to recall/delete from parents accounts area.
