Could the pay and contracts be made to hold past scales and superseded contracts, also some staff have multiple roles so need multiple contract and associated pay data can this functionality also be added.

It would be really useful to display the HOY initials or staff name on the School Statistics and Reports widget on the Dashboard screen.

At the moment we have to mailmerge and sent out over 120 separate emails to prize students. It would be really helpful if we could use a spreadsheet and then personalise each email within the normal email wizard by choosing the spreadsheet fields
