It would be useful to have more than one appraisal cycle running at once. This would allow the old records to be viewed and closed properly without starting all over again with a new record in the new cycle. Either that or records can overlap.

A description text box should be available on the Quick Actions - Leave Request for parents to fill in. Most the time we have to reject the leave requests as we have no reason for the absence.
