Add Bulk editing for divisions in HR Manager

Add the "Division" selection for stuff to the batch/group edit to be able to bulk apply divisions to a select of staff.

Seating Plans -exam wizard select all

When it comes to seating the candidates it would be better to have a select all option. Where the Inc. column is as at the moment you need to un ticking everything one by one. This will help with e/g seating concessions.

Custom Field to be a rectangular box ,not a square

The box would be better as a rectangular (like Medical Notes) as easier to read than the small square it currently is.
