It might be helpful to add staff to divisions in a *similar way* as its done with children to a house..
Similar but not the same, as staff may work in more than one division.
Also, the possibility of adding Head of Division will be useful for schools that cannot make use of the Pastoral Tutor / Boarding House Parent workaround.
