When doing entries CANDIDATES need to be in CANDIDATE NUMBER order

At the moment while doing entries you have candidates in order of their Surnames. It is impossible to change it to do this in the candidate number order. Both orders should be selectable according to the user's wish.

Mark pupils out of school for recurring appointments

Allow teachers to mark pupils out of school for recurring appointments. For example a dentist appt which happens every week at the same time.

Date warning for API invoices when transaction date is in period already closed

iFinance flags manual invoices where transaction date is for period that has already been closed so it makes sense if the system does the same for API invoices

Enable matching of names in CTF import if different case (capitals, lower case)
