It would be really helpful if parents can update their own contact details directly on their parent portal, which will then sync with the student manager module, rather than filling out a form which then we have to manually update their record in ...

Currently the communications sent to parents via iSams appear as a long list. It would be good if there was a search function for parents so they could locate emails they've received quickly.

iSAMS recently made a change to limit the default search results so that it did not always display "P/S - ALL", which we find the most frustrating change. We appreciate that we can change this as we need it, but it doesn't store that as a preferen...

Would be useful to all who have access. Personally I would like to be able to check records for certain or missing information.

This would save time when sending timetables to all pupils

When coming up to a detention can a reminder email be sent to the teacher (maybe also the pupil). E.G. Detention is at 4pm, email is sent at 3pm to teacher (maybe also pupil) about the detention.

The ability to print a year group summary timetable rather than student specific timetable. Has been requested a few times by inspectors but not possible within iSAMS

We often have events which need the Timetable to be suspended for part of a day, e.g. One year group for the afternoon. We can then use 'spare' teachers to cover lessons.

This would help staff to keep track of students with low attendance percentages and can take necesssary steps to improve their attendance
