Remove modules that are not being used.

eg Discipline Record could be switched off if the module is not being used. Prevents staff clicking into here instead of Rewards and Conduct

I would love to be able to create a registration manager report - per individual pupil - and send that report via email wizard.

Access to registration reports via the email wizard in a merge would be useful.

Contact Details in Agent Manager Could be Linked to Pupils Contacts

It would be so useful if there was a way to set an agent as one of a pupil's contacts. It would save an immense amount of time entering the same information over and over again, and help manage changes.

Communication EMail Categories for parents portal

We wanted to inquire about the possibility of changing the email communication categories in parents portal modul from the current school division format to (forms). See attached file.

An email notification to be sent to an iSAMS user when a consent is changed on the Portals.

It would be useful for a user to receive an automated notification when a consent is changed on one of the registers on the Portals.

It would be great to be able to add custom field to this other schools module

It would be really useful to be able to add custom fields to this module. For instance, we want to add specific information to the main tab that we can search on without having to create a million school groups!

CC/BCC email should be able to search by preferred or firstname

In Thailand we have a lot of staff with difficult surname to remember.If CC option allow to search by perferred name or forename as well will be really helpful for us.

News item created with automatic authorisation is published without the need for approval.

The news item created with automatic authorisation means no email would be sent and is shown authorised immediately. The user would need to un-check this box to send out the emails, there, unfortunately, isn't a feature to disable this by default....

The ability to produce a map with current parent postcodes highlighted/geotagged on it.

It's a useful tool to understand where your current parents live in order to target market areas for admissions marketing.
