Bulk account creation for Parent Portal

I know we can bulk email activation codes for Parent Portal from Student Manager but it would be great if we could do a bulk creation of user accounts too. Seems crazy if we have to create the account one at a time. Does anyone have a solution for...

Fields change on Multiple View

Change the fields that appear on Multiple View. It would be great if we could change the fields that appear accordingly to the school's needs.

Make Alert pop-ups bigger

When saving a register, could the pop-up box confirming that the register has been saved successfully be made bigger so that teachers are more aware if there has been a problem.

Remove modules that are not being used.

eg Discipline Record could be switched off if the module is not being used. Prevents staff clicking into here instead of Rewards and Conduct

Ability to re-use tracking models - for e.g. by allowing a different reporting cycle to be selected and re-use the model

Tracking model data is based on reporting cycles. For new reporting cycles, the whole time-consuming process of creating the model needs to be repeated.Please include the ability of re-using models by changing the reporting cycles.

add a meeting by time rather than by period

Possibility on iSAMs to add a meeting by time rather than by period so teachers can have multiple meetings within a period.

email students teachers by Set

A number of our sets are taught by multiple teachers but when we try to email the students teachers only the primary teacher appears in the list.It would be great if all of the teachers who teach that set are included in the email process.

Communication EMail Categories for parents portal

We wanted to inquire about the possibility of changing the email communication categories in parents portal modul from the current school division format to (forms). See attached file.

CC/BCC email should be able to search by preferred or firstname

In Thailand we have a lot of staff with difficult surname to remember.If CC option allow to search by perferred name or forename as well will be really helpful for us.
