Student/Pupil Notes - Staff Name

Until fairly recently, when Notes were added to a student record in Pupil/Student Manager, the note was shown as having been added by the member of staff's [preferred] forename and surname. But now it just uses the member of staff's Salutation ......

Be able to view reports and bill on Cloud Parent Portal

Currently when i try to view or download bill and reports using the Parent Portal they will now display. They need to be viewable using and iOS PDF application.

Previous school information to be pulled through in student manager

Previous school information to be pulled through in student manager in the enrolment tab so it can be seen when looking at a student's contact details. Currently you have to go into admissions to see it in quite a long-winded process.

Show Room Closures in Room Cover for non timetabled periods

Currently when to add a Room closure in the Cover Manager for a period that is FREE in ISAMS, the room is effectively Booked, but it doesnt appear anywhere in for staff to see this other than in the Cover Module itself. The issue is then if staff ...

In Teaching set lists, setting register flag and notes as default selection

When viewing Teaching set lists it would be advantageous to have Register Flag and Register notes set up as a default option. Teachers may forget to tick these, and these notes can be quite important in how a lesson can run.

Parent - Preferred Names

In iSAMS we store their name as its shown on their passport. (Parents) We need a Preferred Name as some do no use their official name.

A separate Former tab for former staff (as in Student Manager for Former Pupils)

Please can Former Staff be separated into a separate tab so queries or reports are easier to configure?

Change the default email template that is sent out when a user locks their account.

Allows for the addition of additional information that could be useful for the user and relieve some pressure from support.

Allow for a waiting list system

It would be great if there was an option to configure a waiting list for applicants. This would need to include the date an applicant was added to the list and the relevant year group and school year on entry etc.
