Assign cover for free periods

It will be helpful to allow schools to have the options to assign covers for any free periods throughout each day. Not just the period which are timetabled. As there might be other events or duties that are not found in timetable.

Disable the name of teacher registering students in the parent portal

Previous school information to be pulled through in student manager

Previous school information to be pulled through in student manager in the enrolment tab so it can be seen when looking at a student's contact details. Currently you have to go into admissions to see it in quite a long-winded process.

In Teaching set lists, setting register flag and notes as default selection

When viewing Teaching set lists it would be advantageous to have Register Flag and Register notes set up as a default option. Teachers may forget to tick these, and these notes can be quite important in how a lesson can run.

Parent - Preferred Names

In iSAMS we store their name as its shown on their passport. (Parents) We need a Preferred Name as some do no use their official name.

Change the default email template that is sent out when a user locks their account.

Allows for the addition of additional information that could be useful for the user and relieve some pressure from support.
